PLEASE READ IRS  NOTICE IR 2023-135

 The Internal Revenue Services is warnings taxpayers to be cautious with respect to ERTC (Employer Retention Tax Credit Schemes).  

Although this is a legitimate credit, and some businesses do qualify, it is not as easy as the ERC ads claim, that you may be eligible for $26,000 per employee.
