Refunds may be issued upon the request of the client. Each request will be discussed with the management of Kall & D'Argenio CPA's to determine eligibility. Refunds will only be granted in cases of duplicate payment or if a service was not performed as agreed upon. All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original payment date.
